Do I need an account to buy?
No. Guest checkout asks only for shipping and payment details. Creating an account lets you track parcels, store addresses, and unlock member-only promos.

Is my card data safe?
Absolutely. teamett.com is PCI-DSS compliant and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption—your full card number never touches our servers.
Where do I add a coupon code?
In the “Gift Card / Coupon” box at checkout, then hit Apply.
What if my payment is declined?
An on-screen alert appears and we send an email. Re-check the card details or try another method. Still stuck? Email or call support—we’ll walk you through it.

Can I fix a typo or cancel?
Yes—free within 24 hours of purchase. Email [email protected] or use the Contact-Us form with your order number and the change/cancel request. After 24 hours the order is in production and can’t be altered.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What’s your return window?
Up to 180 days from delivery on full-price items that are new, unworn, and tagged.
How do I start a return?
- Email [email protected] or submit a Contact-Us ticket.
- We’ll send you a return authorisation and a prepaid label if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Pack the item with the invoice and drop it off with the carrier.
Who pays return shipping?
Return cost: $0.00 on approved returns (defect, damage, wrong item) or first-time size/colour exchanges. For other reasons, you cover postage.
Can I swap a size or colour?
Yes—one free exchange per order inside the 180-day window. Contact support with the desired variant; we’ll ship the replacement once the original is in transit.
When will my refund arrive?
We issue it within 2 business days of scanning your return. Banks typically post the credit in 10 – 15 days.
