We take copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, and every other form of IP very seriously. The guide below explains the protections we honour and exactly how to file a takedown request if you think something on teamett.com tramples on your rights.

2 Spot Something Wrong? Send a TAKEDOWN REPORT

Email your notice to [email protected] with “TAKEDOWN REPORT” in the subject line.
Include all of the following so we can act fast:

1. URL of each offending page or product.
2. Proof of ownership (e.g., copyright registration, dated screenshots, trademark certificate).
3. Your contact info – full name and phone number.
4. A statement that: “I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law, and that the information in this notice is accurate under penalty of perjury.”
5. Your electronic signature (type your full legal name).

3 What Happens Next?

1. Verification – We review the claim within 3 business days.
2. Action – If valid, we may remove or disable access to the content and notify the seller/uploader.
3. Notification – You’ll receive an email describing the action taken or requesting more info.
4. Counter-Notice (if any) – The uploader can file a rebuttal; we’ll share it with you before restoring content.

4 False or Abusive Notices

Submitting fraudulent or bad-faith claims can carry legal consequences. Double-check that you own (or represent) the rights in question before filing.
