If you beat the 24-hour clock, we’ll stop the order or tweak it—no fees, no fuss.


After 24 Hours

At the 24-hour mark your gear moves into production and the die is cast. From that moment:

  • No cancellations or edits (see our Refund Policy for other options).
  • Delivery address changes are out of our hands—carriers treat it as a reroute and may charge extra.

  3. Correct city, state, and ZIP
  4. Phone number for carrier questions
