- Return window: up to 180 days after you receive the product.
- What we take back: full-price items in brand-new condition (unwashed, unworn, tags intact, original packaging).
- What it costs you: Return cost: $0.00 – we cover the postage on damaged or defective goods.

2. Start a Return in 60 Seconds
Send us a quick note before the 180-day clock runs out. Include:
- Name on the order
- Order number
- Clear description of the issue
- Photos that show the problem (if applicable)
- Your choice – replacement or refund
We’ll reply with a return-authorization email and the correct warehouse address.
3. Three-Step Send-Back Guide

4. Eligibility & Fine Print
- We can’t fix typos, low-resolution artwork, or other customer-supplied errors once a product is made. Double-check everything before you click Buy.
- Sale, clearance, or final-markdown items are not returnable.
- Merchandise showing wear, wash, pet hair, perfume, or smoke will be sent back (or disposed of) without a refund.
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method; replacements ship at no extra charge.
- Original outbound shipping fees (Standard or Fast Delivery) are non-refundable unless the mistake is ours.
