1. The Quick Take

  • Where we ship: All 48 continental U.S. states (no APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands).
  • How we ship: USPS, DHL, EMS, or your local post—whichever gets it there fastest and safest.
  • Cut-off time: Orders paid before 5 p.m. Eastern Time (GMT-05:00) on a business day enter our system that same evening; anything after sails into the queue the next business morning.
  • Average doorstep time: 4 – 9 business days once on the road—but see the tables below for the full math.

*Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time. Once your parcel leaves our Michigan warehouse you will receive a tracking link by email.


3. Holiday Black-out Dates

We close the shipping desks on U.S. federal Post-Office holidays. In 2025 those dates fall on:

4. Order Tracking—How It Works

  1. Order Confirmation: Immediately after checkout.
  2. Processing Notice: Within 1 – 2 days.
  3. Live Tracking Link: Sent when the carrier scans your parcel. (Carriers can take 3 – 7 days to post that first scan—don’t panic if it’s blank at first.)

5. Custom & Personalized Items

Design tweaks add extra studio time. We’ll quote the extra days in your order confirmation email.


6. Address Accuracy Matters

  • Enter the full, correct street address (no PO Boxes or forwarding requests).
  • If a parcel is returned or lost because of an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee applies; unclaimed returns are disposed of by the carrier.
  • Teamett is not liable for loss, theft, or damage once you ask a carrier to reroute a shipment.
