By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services immediately.

1 Our Services

Teamett sells apparel and accessories to customers in the continental United States (see our Shipping & Return Policies for exclusions). The site is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where such use would violate local law. If you choose to use the Services outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local rules.

2 Intellectual-Property Rights

All content on the Services—including text, images, logos, graphics, code, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to Teamett and is protected by U.S. and international IP laws. We grant you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Services and download or print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (e.g., copying, selling, reverse-engineering) requires prior written permission (email [email protected]).

3 User Representations

By using the Services, you warrant that:

1. You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. You are at least 13 years old.
3. You will not use the Services for unlawful purposes.
4. Any information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Harvest data or scrape the site without consent.
• Upload malware, spam, or any code that disrupts the Services.
• Use our trademarks without permission.
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law.

5 User-Generated Contributions

If the site later allows reviews, photos, or other content (“Contributions”), you keep your IP rights but give Teamett a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, or display those Contributions. Do not post anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

6 Contribution Licence

By submitting Contributions you:

• Grant us the right to store, publish, translate, and otherwise exploit the material.
• Waive any moral rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Confirm the content is yours or that you have permission to share it.

7 Service Management

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice:

• Monitor the Services for violations.
• Remove or restrict content.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable laws.

8 Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual-Property, Indemnification) will survive termination.

9 Modifications & Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or pricing changes arising from such interruptions.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11 Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiations

Before filing a claim, you and Teamett agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for 60 days after written notice.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, it shall be settled by one (1) arbitrator under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class actions are not permitted. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator rules otherwise.

12 Corrections

Information on our site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct or update content at any time without prior notice.

13 Disclaimer

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use the Services at your own risk.

14 Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Teamett will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits. Our total liability shall never exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15 Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Teamett and its officers, agents, and employees against any claims or demands, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16 User Data

We keep certain data to operate the Services (see our Privacy Policy). You are solely responsible for backing up your content; we are not liable for any loss or corruption of data.

17 Electronic Communications & Signatures

You consent to receive notices, agreements, and statements electronically, and you accept electronic signatures as legally binding.

18 Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Teamett. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.
